In order to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the company's "Production Safety Accident Emergency Rescue Plan" and continuously improve the company's emergency response capabilities, our company carried out an emergency rescue drill on the afternoon of March 15, 2022. In this drill, it is assumed that during the operation in the limited space of workshop No. 5, due to the failure of the fan, the argon gas discharged during the argon welding process causes the oxygen content in the limited space to drop, resulting in an oxygen-deficient coma.

The commander-in-chief announced the official start of the drill. The company's emergency rescue team started the company-level emergency response after receiving the report, and notified the members of the emergency rescue teams to immediately rush to the scene of the incident to carry out emergency rescue.

After the emergency rescue personnel arrived at the scene, they carried out emergency rescue according to the company's "Special Emergency Response Plan for Limited Space Accidents". The vigilance and evacuation team will vigilantly isolate the scene, and strictly control the entry of irrelevant personnel to ensure the order of the accident rescue scene. The rescue team immediately put on positive pressure air breathing apparatus, and carried emergency rescue equipment such as three-in-one oxygen meter, multi-function stretcher, safety rope, medicine box, walkie-talkie, etc. into the limited space to rescue the hypoxic comatose.

The emergency rescue personnel fixed the comatose person on a multi-functional stretcher and carried them out of the restricted space, and transferred them to a safe area. The medical rescue team immediately performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the comatose person and sent the comatose person to the hospital for treatment. The accident treatment at the scene was completed and the danger was lifted .

After the drill, the HSE department organized employees to learn and use various emergency rescue equipment on site.

The on-site commander summarized and commented on the emergency rescue drill, and asked to further optimize, supplement and improve the company's emergency rescue plan based on the problems found in the drill. At the same time, it is hoped that all participating departments can continuously strengthen emergency awareness, strengthen departmental linkage, and improve their ability to respond to emergency rescue and disposal.
