On October 4th, 2022, Furui CIT successfully delivered 2x400Cbm LNG Marine fuel tanks at the Gangxin Zhangjiagang Port. This is another successful production in the history of cooperation between Furui CIT and Wartsila, a world-renowned company. The equipment will be shipped to RMC shipyard in Finland. Fuels passenger ferry ship named Spirit of Tasmania operated by the Tasmanian shipping company TT-Line Company. The new ferries operate an open sea route between mainland Australia and the island of Tasmania,This will be the world’s southernmost route powered by LNG.

The double wall tank project has become the first product of Furui CIT. Based on many successful cooperation project cases, Wartsila chose us this time without any hesitation. The tank is 24 meters long, 6 meters in diameter, 6.4 meters in height and 165 tons in weight. Compared with the previous TCS, matched with Tank, this time has a larger space, which provides convenience for the normal operation and maintenance of TCS in the future.Spirit of Tasmania registered with LR Class. When LR local surveyors came to our company for the final inspection of the tanks, they have fully recognized and highly appraised the quality of our tank products. In their area of responsibility, compared with the industry, Furui CIT can be at the top of the area!
